What size should I choose?
Measure the available wall space and compare it with the product dimensions. Use paper or removable tape to mark the outline on your wall. Above furniture, a piece around two-thirds of the furniture width can be a useful starting point, depending on the room. If dimensions are not listed, ask us before ordering.
How do I choose a color?
Choose an option shown on the product page. Neutrals complement wood and warm white rooms; green and sage can work with plants and earthy interiors. Screens and lighting affect how colors appear. Contact us if you need help comparing options.
Can I request a custom size or color?
Please contact us before ordering. Availability depends on the design, and custom options must be confirmed by our team.

Delivery and order support
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are dispatched from Vietnam. The dispatch location does not by itself identify where a product was manufactured.
How much is shipping?

How long does delivery take?

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request under our Refund Policy, which also explains cancellations and returns.
How should I unpack and hang it?
Unpack gently, use hardware suitable for the wall and the weight of your piece, and let the strands settle. Follow our Care Guide before using water or steam.
