2. Products & Orders

All our wall art pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our product descriptions, dimensions, and care instructions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Available destinations, processing times and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier and customs delays may affect delivery.

4. Returns & Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy, which explains replacements, refunds, cancellations and applicable return conditions.

5. Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Policy

29 Family Decor is committed to full compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF). We do not knowingly engage in, facilitate, or support any transactions that may be connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes.

5.1 Our Commitments

We will not process orders where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious financial activity.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse any order if it raises AML/CTF concerns, without obligation to disclose the specific reason to the customer.
We may report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

5.2 Customer Due Diligence

In certain cases, we may request additional identity verification or documentation before processing a transaction. This may occur when:

An order involves unusually high values or frequency inconsistent with typical consumer behavior.
Payment methods or billing/shipping information appear inconsistent or suspicious.
The transaction originates from or is destined for a high-risk jurisdiction as defined by international standards (e.g., FATF guidance).

5.3 Prohibited Transactions

We strictly prohibit the use of our platform for any of the following:

Purchases intended to launder proceeds of criminal activity.
Transactions made on behalf of, or for the benefit of, sanctioned individuals, entities, or regimes.

6. Name Screening & Sanctions Compliance

As part of our compliance obligations, 29 Family Decor conducts name screening of customers, counterparties, and transactions against applicable international sanctions lists, including but not limited to:

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
The European Union Consolidated Sanctions List
Other relevant national and international watchlists

If a customer's name, address, or associated information matches or closely resembles an entry on any of the above lists, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or cancel the order pending further review.
Request additional documentation for identity verification.
Decline the transaction entirely without further explanation.

These measures are in place to protect both our business and our customers, and to comply with our legal obligations under international trade and financial crime law.

7. Payment Security

All transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse payments that are flagged as suspicious by our payment processors or compliance systems.
