Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your region and order value, and the exact cost is shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Please contact us before placing an order to confirm the current processing and estimated delivery times for your destination. Order preparation and transit are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Where your order ships from

Orders are dispatched from Vietnam. The dispatch location does not by itself identify where a product was manufactured. If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Unless these are shown and collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
